We do not collect your betting account details, and we do not sell personal information.
2. Who helps us (service providers)
Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Resend (email), Render [and the operator's own server] (hosting), Telegram (an internal alert to the operator when someone requests access; it shows the email only masked, for example f•••@gmail.com). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the Service and its users.
3. How long we keep it

4. Your choices and rights
- Delete or correct. Email support@endzoneiq.app to see, correct or delete your information. We answer within [30] days. We delete a waitlist entry on request at once.
- Emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Account and billing emails (receipts, trial and renewal notices) are part of the Service.
- California and other states. Residents of states with privacy laws may have extra rights (to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing). We honour these requests for everyone.
- Children. The Service is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we did, we delete it.
5. Security
We limit access to personal data, store files readable only by the operator, use providers that encrypt data in transit, and keep card data with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell affected users of a breach as the law requires.
6. Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage for your own settings. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics today. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
7. Changes
We post any change here with a new date and email account holders about material changes.
