Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [LLC NAME], a Virginia limited liability company ("EndzoneIQ", "we", "us"), about your use of endzoneiq.app and its pages, emails and features (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial or paying, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
- EndzoneIQ publishes football analysis: computer simulations of NFL and college football games, the chances and projected numbers that come from them, sportsbook prices for comparison, and tools to compare them.
- We do not take bets, hold money for betting, or pay prizes. We are not a sportsbook, a betting exchange or a gambling operator. Any bet you place is between you and the sportsbook you choose.
- Our numbers are estimates, not promises. Football results are uncertain. A simulation can be wrong, prices move, and data from outside sources can be late or wrong. Past results do not predict future results. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a guarantee of any result or profit.
- Some figures come from outside sources (for example scores, schedules, injuries, weather and sportsbook prices). We name the source where we show its data. We do not control those sources.
2. Who may use it
- You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract. You confirm this when you tick "I am 21 or older" to create an account or to ask for access; we keep that confirmation with its date and time.
- You are responsible for following the laws where you are, including any law about sports betting. Using the Service where that is not allowed is not permitted.
- One person per account. Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us at support@endzoneiq.app if you think someone else used your account.
3. Plans, free trial, renewal and cancellation
- Price. The prices, plan names and what each includes are shown on the plan page and at checkout before you pay (today: a monthly plan at $39.99 a month, a Season Pass through February 14, 2027 priced by purchase date, and founding prices for preview members). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we must collect.
- Free trial. A monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial when the plan page says so. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the monthly price on the day the trial ends, and every month after that until you cancel. We show the trial end date and the first charge before you confirm. [Stripe sends a reminder before the trial ends where card-network rules require it.]
- Automatic renewal. The monthly plan renews each month on the same day of the month. A Season Pass is a single payment for the season and does not renew.
- Cancel any time, online. Account → Manage billing → Cancel, or email support@endzoneiq.app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy (Refund policy), which is part of these terms. In short: the free trial is the time to decide; after a paid period starts it is not refunded in part or in full, except where the law requires a refund or we made a billing error.
- Price changes. We tell you at least [30] days before a new price applies to your plan. If you do not agree, cancel before it applies.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, resell, republish or redistribute the Service's picks, numbers or pages (including by screenshots shared for sale, scraping, bots or automated download); share your account; try to get around access controls or rate limits; interfere with the Service; or use it for anything unlawful. Personal, non-commercial use only. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules; where we close it for that reason, we do not refund the unused period.
5. Our content and names
The Service, its software, text, numbers, designs and the EndzoneIQ name are ours or our licensors'. Team names and logos belong to their owners; we use them only to identify teams and do not claim any link to, or approval from, the NFL, any college, conference, league, team, sportsbook or data provider.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will always be on time, complete or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop the Service entirely, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
7. Disclaimers and limit of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.
- We are not responsible for any bet you place or any money you win or lose.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under a consumer-protection law that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Responsible gambling

9. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal claim, please contact us at support@endzoneiq.app so we can try to fix it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version with its date and, for a material change, email account holders at least [14] days before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
