Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version

Monthly plan: 7 days free, then $39.99 every month until you cancel. Cancel online any time before [trial end date] and you pay nothing.
Season Pass: one payment of [$price] for access through February 14, 2027. It does not renew.
Cancel any time in Account → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
No refunds after a paid period starts, in full or in part, except as below.

Free trial. The trial is the time to decide. We show the date the trial ends and the first charge before you confirm, and [Stripe emails a reminder before the trial ends]. One free trial per person.
Cancelling. Cancel online in Account → Manage billing, or email support@endzoneiq.app (we confirm by email). Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current period.
When we do refund. — A billing error by us (for example a double charge or a charge after you cancelled): refunded in full. — We stop the Service before the end of a prepaid period: the unused part is refunded. — Any refund the law where you live requires: we follow it.
Results do not decide refunds. We do not refund because picks lost or a bet did not win, and we do not offer "money-back if you lose" promises.
How refunds are paid. To the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days after we approve it.
Chargebacks. Please contact us first; we answer within [2] business days.
